Operations board
These boards are designed to cover medium to low-level details, allowing project directors, designers, marketers and developers to understand the big picture while contributing to day-to-day tasks. Similar to the strategic board with its objectives and initiatives, here you can identify two layers of detail: from the roadmap (1) down to issues and bugs (2).
Roadmap
This section outlines the product vision and goals, translated into actionable features or epics. It’s a tool for project or product managers to configure a strategy with a timeline and monitor progress — it’s normally used to track software development milestones but integrate too with other product workstreams at a lower level than initiatives from marketing, business or design.
Backlog
The issue backlog is an organized list of tasks the team needs to complete. It includes details of new features, updates to existing features, bug fixes, infrastructure improvements, and other technology-related activities, but it may also include tasks from other team members or collaborative pages for the team.
